IN CASE OF DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are liable for damage suffered only if the shipment was made with our courier. In the event of damage due to transport visible on the packaging and/or on the product or the mismatch in the number of packages, these must be immediately detected and notified by the Customer to the Courier by signing with “Reserve of Control” on the delivery receipt of the Courier. Furthermore, the Customer must:- 1) Report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the goods to our customer service via WhatsApp +39 353 4659617 ; 2) Photograph the damage caused by transport and send the images to: info@ddog.it

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Order confirmation and preparation of the packaging for shipping takes place within 24 hours on working days. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
