SHIPMENTS TO ITALY
We entrust our national shipments to BRT and TNT express couriers.
Shipping options may vary based on shipping address, weight and size of the item.
The courier’s shipping times are 24/48 hours (one day more for islands or remote areas). To these must be added another 24/48 hours for registration and preparation of the order by Ddog Mannequins.
To follow the progress of the shipment, simply consult the courier’s online tracking and enter the shipping code which will be sent to the Customer via email
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY EU
From countries belonging to the European Community it is possible to purchase directly on the website www.ddog.it.
Ddog Mannequins entrusts its shipments in the EU to DPD and FED EX couriers.
Shipping options vary based on the destination country, weight and size of the item. shipping times vary between 3 and 7 days depending on the country of destination. To these must be added another 24/48 hours for registration and preparation of the order by Ddog Mannequins
SHIPMENTS TO NON EU COUNTRIES
From non-EU countries it is not possible to purchase directly from the website www.ddog.it.
However, from non-EU countries it is possible to make orders by contacting Ddog Mannequins at the e-mail address: info@ddog.it. Following a request for a quote from the customer residing in non-EU countries, an offer will be sent via email for the requested items which may include the shipping price with delivery to the recipient’s address, if requested, or with carriage paid delivery. at the Ddog Mannequins headquarters and use of the customer’s courier.
Shipping times vary from country to country and will be communicated to the customer by email during the offer phase.
